Black Wealth Street does not authorize any user to impersonate law enforcement, perform police powers, or take any action that violates federal, state, or local law. Community safety roles listed on the platform must comply with all applicable laws.

Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or banking services. Content submitted by users (business descriptions, logos, etc.) remains the property of the submitting user. By submitting content, you grant Black Wealth Street a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

Black Wealth Street is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any listing or information, or any transaction between users and listed businesses.
